1. Information Recess does not collect

Recess does not require an account and does not collect personal information through the app.

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or advertising identifier through the app.
• We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the app.
• We do not use tracking for advertising or cross-app profiling.
• We do not sell personal information.

2. Game progress and iCloud

Recess may save game progress, settings, achievements, best times, and similar gameplay data on your device.

If iCloud sync is enabled, this gameplay data may be synced between your own devices through Apple iCloud. The developer does not receive or inspect this data in a personally identifiable form.

3. In-app purchases

Recess may offer a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all content. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment card information.

Apple may process App Store and purchase-related information under Apple's own privacy terms.

4. Contact and support

If you contact us voluntarily through the Recess support page, including through a Notion Form linked from that page, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The contents of your inquiry

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, investigate issues, or improve Recess based on the feedback you choose to send.

Contact form submissions may be stored and managed in Notion. Notion processes information according to its own policies, including the Notion Privacy Policy and Notion privacy practices.

5. Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for support, recordkeeping, and abuse prevention. You may ask us to delete information you previously submitted through a support inquiry.

6. Children

Recess is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a contact form, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy if Recess changes or if our support process changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
